When you contact us, request a demo or join a waitlist, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, organisation, email, phone number, country, sport or activity, enquiry type and message, as relevant to that form. If you register, our authentication provider processes your account email and credentials or your chosen sign-in provider details. Our hosting and security systems may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information and request logs.

We use enquiries and demo requests to respond, discuss requested services and manage follow-up; we use waitlist details to contact you about the product you joined. Optional marketing updates require the separate marketing choice shown on a form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries or steps requested before a possible agreement, as applicable. Account information is used to create and secure your account. Necessary technical data supports delivery and security of the website. Advertising measurement using Google Ads is optional and runs only after your consent on this site.
