Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers Kinetiq Performance services (such as performance testing and on-site player-care support) booked through the website or by direct contact, and any future subscriptions or paid products offered on this website. It is part of our terms of service and applies without prejudice to mandatory Dutch and EU consumer rights.

Prices for services are agreed in a written quote or booking confirmation before you commit. Quotes state the price, applicable VAT and what is included. We do not charge setup, administration or cancellation fees that were not disclosed in that confirmation.

You can cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Later cancellations may be charged as stated in the booking confirmation. If we cancel or materially change a booking, you receive a full refund of anything you have paid for it, or the option to rebook.

If you conclude a service agreement with us as a consumer away from our business premises or at a distance, EU law gives you a 14-day withdrawal right. If you ask us to begin the service during that period, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service already performed, and the right lapses once the service is fully performed with your prior express consent. You never lose statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method within 14 days of our decision. Where the booking was made through a club or organisation, refunds are handled with that club or organisation under its agreement.

When paid subscriptions launch, you will be able to cancel at any time before the end of the current billing period, and cancellation will take effect at that period's end without further charge. Any future subscription will state its recurring price, billing interval and these cancellation conditions before purchase.
